All rights, obligations, offers, orders, and agreements entered into under these terms and conditions are subject exclusively to US law.

By placing an order on the TIMIO U.S. website the customer automatically agrees on TIMIO U.S's terms and conditions.

  1. ORDERS

Customers can order on TIMIO U.S's websites, by email or over the telephone. Directly after an order has been placed, the customer will receive an email to confirm the order including order details and the total costs.

TIMIO U.S. reserves the right to refuse an order at any time which can result, for example, from one of the following:

  • The product ordered is not in stock
  • TIMIO U.S's inability to obtain authorization of payment
  • The identification of an error within the product information, including price or promotion

If there are any problems with your order TIMIO U.S. will contact you as soon as possible.

Prices listed on the internet do not include the shipping charge. A shipping charge will be added during the order process, depending on delivery location for your order. We offer free shipping to some locations.
